akb888 accepts deposits made via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. akb888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso.
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100), unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. akb888 does not charge fees for deposits processed through standard supported payment methods. Third-party payment processors may, however, apply their own transaction fees for which akb888 bears no responsibility.
By depositing funds into your akb888 Account, you warrant that: (a) you are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the payment instrument used; (b) the funds deposited are not derived from any illegal activity; and (c) you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. akb888 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your akb888 wallet instantaneously. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your Account Balance, depending on the processing times of your bank. akb888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts or wallets that are registered in the same name as the akb888 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Your Account must have successfully passed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
akb888 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — typically within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) business hours. akb888 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions or telecommunications infrastructure.

Where a Player's Balance includes Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before those funds can be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry deadlines specified in each promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account without notice. akb888 is under no obligation to extend bonus expiry deadlines under any circumstances.
An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Upon an Account becoming dormant, akb888 will attempt to notify the Player via their registered contact details.
Following a further period of six (6) months of inactivity after initial dormancy notification (totalling eighteen (18) months of continuous inactivity), akb888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee against the dormant Account Balance, as specified in the Platform's current fee schedule. akb888 will not apply fees that reduce the Account Balance below zero (₱0).
Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by successfully logging in and completing any re-verification steps that may be required. All previously dormant Accounts remain subject to applicable KYC verification requirements upon reactivation.

akb888's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds standing in your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits akb888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by akb888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your akb888 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closing your Account, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.
